Dr. Nadav Fields - Medical Director

Dr. Nadav Fields is the co-founder and medical director of CR8 Health. Dr. Fields received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and completed his master’s degree in Biomedicine at Florida Atlantic University. He graduated from Touro College of Medicine New York and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona.

He is double board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Fields is trained in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy by the Preventative & Innovative Medicine Academy. Additionally, he is certified in Peptide Therapy and completed training with Dr. William Seeds, the world’s leader in Cellular and Peptide Therapy.

Dr. Jonathan M. Fields - Co-Founder

Dr. Jonathan Fields was first drawn to studying Holistic and Eastern medicine 20 years ago via his lifelong obsession with martial arts. After suffering for over a year with an undiagnosed and debilitating illness in his early thirties, and being completely let down by the conventional healthcare system, he was able to make a full recovery without any pharmaceuticals or surgeries. Being grateful for his second chance, and now having the ability to empathize with patients in dire need, he dedicated the rest of his life to empowering others with similar stories.

Dr. Jonathan is also a published author, public speaker, entrepreneur, martial arts, tai chi & meditation instructor, transformational retreat host, and plant medicine advocate. Monica Valencia - Aesthetician

Monica Valencia was born in Colombia and is bilingual in Spanish and English. She lives in Boynton Beach and has two beautiful daughters. She started her career working in the med spa industry 23 years ago. Monica’s exposure to this industry sparked her passion for skincare and anti-aging treatments. In 2006, Monica attended the Florida College of Natural Health for her Aesthetician license. A few years later, she attended the Boca Beauty Academy for her education and certification on laser technology and electrolysis. Her expertise, training, and certifications allow her to perform laser and facial treatments including chemical peels, medical-grade facials, dermaplaning, morpheus, photofacials, and more. “The love I have for all things beauty-related allows me to enjoy every second of what I do” says Monica. “I never feel like I am at work. Jena Brusilovsky APRN-C is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in Adult Primary Care and Aesthetic Medicine. With over 10 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Jena’s passion lies in enhancing one’s natural beauty. With an extensive background in plastic surgery and specialized aesthetic training, Jena brings a unique blend of medical expertise and artistry to every patient. She is committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine to provide personalized outcomes and effective treatments to help clients look and feel their best.

Jena is a wife and mom of two kids. She has lived in New York City and Chicago and has recently relocated her family to Florida. Jena will be specializing in aesthetics as well as weight loss and hormones here at CR8 Health.
