Liz Terrizzi - APRN
PGA in North Palm Beach
Liz Terrizzi – APRN is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with specialty experience in Primary Care and a passion for Root-Cause Medicine. With over 20 years in the healthcare industry and trained in CR8’s proven system, Liz is driven to help patients achieve optimal health with personalized care plans that restore the body’s systemic balance, boost energy and enhance overall well-being. Whether it’s utilizing hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, IV nutrition or looking at overall metabolic health, Liz uses a holistic yet evidence-based approach to educate, guide and empower patients to confidently take control of their health and longevity.

Lauren Chifo - LPN

Lauren Chifo – LPN grew up in Orange County, California where she attended Stanbridge University for Nursing in 2013. Now with over 10 years of extensive nursing experience in Medical Weight Loss, Urgent Care and Pediatrics, plus being trained in CR8’s proven system, Lauren brings her knowledge and positive energy into help cheerlead patients in making the positive, impactful lifestyle changes needed. Whether she is drawing blood, administering injections or sharing provider treatment plans with our patients, Lauren’s love of medicine and people is a powerful force in the office that is sure to bring a smile to your face.
Lauren is newly married and recently traded in the California sun for Florida with her husband, who is currently stationed here with the Marine Corps.

Dr. Jonathan specializes in integrative medicine, blending Eastern and functional approaches, while Dr. Nadav, double board-certified, focuses on longevity and disease prevention.
